EVOLVE Advice supports EVCs and Visit Leaders to plan and deliver safe, educationally valuable, and legally compliant educational visits. Our schools and settings benefit from our depth and breadth of knowledge, our technical skills, and our first-hand experience of educational visits.

Our advice is underpinned by firm foundations in legislation and guidance, qualifications and experience health and safety risk and legal; educational outcomes; and adventurous activities.
Our team of advisers have extensive experience in leading educational visits and outdoor activities. We all have backgrounds in youth work, teaching, and activity centres each with at least level 3 awards in education and training as well as relevant health and safety training.
We each contribute our own specialist knowledge – giving you access to legal expertise, technical advice, classroom experience, and hands-on outdoor education instruction all in one place.
Our advisers are members of key professional bodies including the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH); International Institute of Risk & Safety Management (IIRSM); Association of Heads of Outdoor Education Centres (AHOEC); and Association of Advisers for Outdoor Learning and Educational Visits (formerly OEAP). We are organisation members of the Institute for Outdoor Learning and Council for Learning Outside the Classroom.
As EVOLVE specialists, we can troubleshoot and help you use the system efficiently to reduce workload. Our dedicated support team helps you manage your visits in EVOLVE, resolving issues and training your team to ensure things run smoothly.
As for training, we’re a specialist educational visits training provider with courses accredited by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and The Institute for Outdoor Learning (IOL).
